The school is located just one block from one of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica, a pristine white sandy beach where surfers and beachcombers enjoy the warm waters of the Pacific. A sure sign of a healthy beach is the appearance of Sand Dollars. Walking along the beach in the early morning at low tide you will see literally hundreds of Sand Dollars. You can find the abandoned white shells along the beach, the faded green ones just in the surf are still living and as part of the natural eco-system should be left untouched.
Our Spanish and surf program is a favorite of many Spanish language students. Imagine leaving Costa Rica speaking Spanish and with the ability to surf! We often call this hitting both the books and the waves. About 99% of our students end up standing up on the surf board. Our hand picked instructors are very skilled and the first waves you catch will be small safe ones.
